Mount Ida
Healing Arts Program

The Healing Arts Program at Mount Ida Preservation Hall brings together is a wholistic approach to community wellness. Rooted in the belief that we all need healing from time to time, and healing happens in community. The program creates a welcoming space for exploration, connection, and restoration.

Classes are offered Monday through Saturday and span four core areas: Community, Energetic, Vibrational Frequency, and Somatic Movement. Offerings may include practices that engage the body, mind, and spirit from movement-based sessions and meditative experiences to energy work and collaborative, community-centered gatherings. Each class is part of a broader ecosystem of shared growth and support covering the full spectrum of human wellness.

Held within the historic and resonant space of Mount Ida Preservation Hall, the program leverages the building’s unique atmosphere and community purpose to deepen each experience.

At its core, the Healing Arts Program exists to bring light in moments of darkness and to cultivate a community that is healed, whole, and vibrant. It reflects Mount Ida’s broader mission of creating connected community, offering a consistent and accessible entry point for people to engage with themselves and with one another in meaningful ways.
